This two-hour immersive workshop is designed to help you step out of chronic stress patterns and return to a state of calm, clarity, and self-trust.

Led by Psychologist and Integrative practitioner Nicola Phoenix, you’ll explore the emotional, psychological, and energetic roots of overwhelm and learn how to shift from holding it all together to feeling supported within yourself.

    You’ll explore the psychological landscape of overwhelm, the hidden beliefs, suppressed pain, subconscious programs, and habitual thought patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of fear, control, and hypervigilance. Nicola will help you uncover the inner stories that drive perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the need to “hold it all together,” and understand how your brain and body can stay locked in survival mode without you realising it. This awareness becomes the foundation for real healing.

    The Science and Soul of Regulation
    Nicola will guide you through accessible nervous system regulation strategies so you can recognise when you're in fight, flight, or freeze and learn how to return to safety through grounding, breathwork, and awareness.
    These practices aren’t about a quick calm-down moment, but about retraining your body to feel secure again. You’ll experience breathwork sequences that support your hormones, brain, and emotional state, helping you reset and restore ease.

    Releasing, Not Suppressing
    You’ll learn how to feel and release emotions rather than suppress them. Nicola creates a safe, supportive energetic space where you can understand your feelings, connect with their messages, and let them move through you. Through guided energy work and visualisation, you’ll practise letting go of emotional tension and old imprints that keep you tied to the past, creating more flow, lightness, and inner freedom.
