Each session is around two and a half hours and includes teaching, guided practices, reflection and space for questions.

Nicola will hold and send distance energy medicine for every participant each week to support your process on an energetic level.

A beautifully created workbook with teachings, exercises, reflection questions and practices to support you between sessions and long after we complete.

Meet Nicola
Nicola Phoenix is a holistic psychologist with over 26 years of clinical experience, alongside more than 18 years as a yoga and meditation teacher.
Her work integrates psychology, nervous system healing, energy medicine, breathwork, and contemplative practice to support emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
Known for her compassionate, grounded approach, Nicola creates safe spaces where deep healing and self-awareness can unfold gently and authentically.
Originally from the UK and now based in Australia, she lives the practices she teaches, guided by a lifelong commitment to inner work, presence, and nature.
