Distance Energy Medicine Sessions: Nicola will conduct a distance energy medicine session each week for every participant.
Course Format: The course will be held online, with a secure video link sent out prior to the start date. Each session will be 2.5 hours.
Workbook: A workbook will be emailed to each participant to follow and complete throughout the 8 weeks.
