A dedicated practitioner of Yoga with 17 years of on-going study, practise and since 2004 teaching, Nicola’s classes and workshops create optimal space to build an awareness of the body, mind and a greater understanding of our self. Learning to take these calm feelings from the yoga class into our everyday life brings great benefits and change.

These active and insightful yoga classes involve postures and sequences which assist in building flexibility, strength and stamina in the entire system.

Breathing techniques, Relaxation and Meditation help you to step away from the chattering mind and to get in touch with the calmness, peace and connectedness within.

Yoga is a path of learning and development which can help to release and prevent stress, unblock emotions, maintain optimal health, along with the numerous benefits from each and every specific posture, breathing technique, meditation and deep relaxation.

Yoga is for all ages and all levels of ability with beginners very welcome.
