As a Yoga Alliance Senior Teacher Nicola has studied with many exceptional teachers in the field of pregnancy, birth and postnatal yoga. This informs her classes to provide an environment for all women to feel nurtured and supported throughout their pregnancies using science based practices taught with deep care and compassion.
Slow and flowing movements and sequences specific to pregnancy help women stay grounded, light and energised during pregnancy. The specific sequences help to open the body and relieve many common pregnancy ailments.
Breath, deep relaxation, sound and visualisation exercises help to create physical, mental and emotional well being whilst cultivating courage and calm throughout your pregnancy.
Classes provide a space for women to learn and practice techniques that will support them throughout childbirth and assist them in the early postpartum days.
The classes are supportive, friendly and help women to build networks.
Classes are suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy until birth.
Private classes can be conducted in your home.
